After 14 years in management consulting Chris decided to make a lifestyle change and put to good use his carpentry and CAD drawing skills. After much market research he started the business on his own using a home built box trailer to carry tools inside and timber on top.

Now 8 years on Quality Timber Decking, based in Berkshire, has built up an enviable reputation for designing and constructing high quality bespoke decks and structures for residential and commercial clients around the UK.

Over the years QTD clients have either been keen to enhance a small area of their back garden or extremely high-profile demanding privacy and sumptuous outdoor living at its finest. Every client is important no matter what their requirements might be.
